The AXIS Surfboards Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by AXIS Surfboards (“Sponsor”), located at Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 7:00 PM Pacific Time and ends on Sunday, June 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to enter or win.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.HOW TO ENTER
To enter, visit the AXIS Surfboards giveaway entry page at www.axissurfboards.com during the Giveaway Period and complete the required entry form.
The entry process may include answering calibration questions so AXIS can generate a surfboard recommendation based on the entrant’s body, waves, and surfing goals.
Limit one entry per person and one entry per email address during the Giveaway Period. Multiple entries by the same person using different email addresses, identities, accounts, or methods may be disqualified.
No purchase is required to enter or win.PRIZE
One winner will receive one AXIS surfboard, calibrated by AXIS based on the winner’s completed calibration information.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $995.
Prize includes one surfboard only unless otherwise stated by Sponsor. Prize does not include fins, leash, traction pad, board bag, shipping, travel, taxes, or any other costs unless specifically stated in writing by Sponsor.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.WINNER SELECTION
One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The random drawing will take place on or about Monday, June 8, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All decisions regarding the selection of the winner are final.WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or direct message using the contact information provided at entry.
The potential winner must respond within [72 hours] of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within that time, is found to be ineligible, cannot accept the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner.
Before receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to provide additional information, confirm eligibility, and sign a release or affidavit if requested by Sponsor.PUBLICITY
By entering, entrants agree that Sponsor may use their name, likeness, Instagram handle, city/state, submitted content, and/or winner status for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Sponsor will not publicly announce the winner’s full personal contact information.TAXES
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with accepting and using the prize.GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, human error, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, submits false information, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempts to enter through automated or fraudulent means.RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Meta, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claim, liability, loss, injury, damage, or expense arising out of or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, misuse, or receipt of the prize.INSTAGRAM / META DISCLAIMER
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta from any and all liability related to the Giveaway.PRIVACY
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, contact the winner, generate calibration results, and communicate with entrants about AXIS Surfboards.
Entrants may receive marketing communications from AXIS Surfboards and may unsubscribe at any time.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with AXIS Surfboards’ privacy policy.GOVERNING LAW
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.WINNER LIST
